2019

Like years past, 2019 was a banner year filled with awards and accolades for Keller Williams. We are reaching new heights through our agent-first approach and the world is taking notice.


  • February – Keller Williams earned the title of Most Innovative Real Estate Company by Fast Company.
  • April – The Swanepoel Mega 1000 named Keller Williams the top residential real estate franchisor in the U.S. The company was also ranked one of America’s Best Large Employers by Forbes.
  • May – KW associates gave back to communities across the world via its 11th annual RED Day event and were named #1 Company for Work-Life Balance by Indeed.
  • June – REAL Trends’ “The Thousand” featured 86 Keller Williams’ agent teams in its Top 250 ranking of real estate teams by transaction sides, representing 34.3% of the total ranking.
  • July – Forbes named KW (No. 8 out of 300 ranked) one of the “Best Employers for Women.”
  • September – Forbes named KW (No. 173 of 250 ranked) one of the “Best Employers for New Graduates.”
  • November – Indeed recognized KW as a Top Franchise for Veterans and Innovation.

2018

JANUARY

FEBRUARY


Training Magazine inducts Keller Williams in Training Top 10 Hall of Fame.

Red Day is observed on May 10th and ΚW closes offices worldwide to "give where you live," volunteering thousands of hours and making a difference in the communities we serve.

JUNE


John Davis, CEO and President of Keller Williams is named to the  Top CEO's 2018 / Employees'Choice list, coming in at #30.


JULY


Kelle wins the 2018 lnman lnnovator Award for Most lnnovative Real Estate Technology.


ΚW named to Forbes 2018 Best Employers List for Women, coming in at #6.


AUGUST


KW Labs wins the NAR Hackathon, beating out 40 other hackathon participants with an app that takes still photos and tags room attributes as an agent makes ο video of ο property.


SEPTEMBER


KW acquires SmarterAgent and announces plans to build a new consumer-facing app and launch a new consumer strategy in 2019.


Through the Growth lnitiative, KW reaches a historic and unprece­dented milestone of adding 100,000 agents since the launch of the initiative in 2011.


OCTOBER


Keller Williams agents set their 2019 goals using the Kelle app.


NOVEMBER


Keller Williams is ranked # l in the Real Estate Agencies category of Newsweek's inaugural 2019 list of America's Best Companies for Customer Service.


DECEMBER
